This Learning Fountain site was established in 1994 to encourage those who began flocking to this new medium to use the Internet for learning. In this spirit I offered the Learning Fountain Award to those sites that eased learning. I'm happy to say that today no such Award is needed since good sites everywhere are acting as Learning Fountains.
Now I feel the need for a new type of Learning Fountain. I have been dismayed that President Obama has been attacked not only by Republicans - something to be expected - but by liberal Democrats. Evidently, liberal Democrats don't understand Barack Obama. This site is designed to show liberal Democrats that Barack Obama is the best liberal president we have had since FDR.
In keeping with this goal I have written a book, I am an Obama Liberal, which shows that President Obama is a different type of politician from politicians we have had before. Instead of party fighting party he believes that all officials should work together to seek the common good for America as a whole.
